About the Publisher- Howard Levy has been visiting Deerfield Beach since 1974 when his grandparents moved here from Miami Beach. Levy from Totowa, NJ, is a local businessman who owned and operated service stations in Deerfield Beach and around Broward County. Levy is a tire exporter/importer with Usedtires.com.
